Hey the qoute given by the prime minister of India looks very familiar because its the same thing we hear every year but it doesnt make any sense at all. They promise such things and expect us to fulfill the promise and their pocket.

Ya, that qoute about the PM, is so just nonsense, it doesn't mean anything, why would anyone listen to someone talking nonsense like that.
